Top 10 Ways to Make Money Online With Integrity

1. Teaching and Training This is my number one way, and I been doing this for the last 5 years. This is something that almost every major University has been doing (taking their classes online) due to the huge success they saw from University of Phoenix which set the tone for online education. It’s easier now more than ever for companies and entrepreneurs to launch online schools, and my good friend Marie Forleo is a prime example with her mega success, B-School. 2. Offering a Service Providing a service may be the easiest way to start is you don’t need any investment to get this going. My podcast editor Ian Robinson is helping podcast creators edit their shows to increase production value. There are many different ways to provide a service and it’s just about realizing where your talent lies and what solution you can provide for others. 3. Creating and Selling Products If you have an expertise in ANYTHING then you can package it into a book, course, software, audio program, DVD, and so on. The best way to get the word out and sell these products is with webinars. 4. Membership Sites and Continuity Programs Another champion that I have a lot of respect for in this arena is Ramit Sethi. He has an amazing continuity program (Ramit’s Brain Trust) and each month provides useful and specific information for his passionate community. The community thrives off of his wise direction and pay him monthly to continue getting access to the community and resources. The beauty of this model is you sell something once and get paid each month for it. 5. Affiliate Marketing Nick Reese has done an incredible job of building websites, developing outstanding searchable content and selling other peoples products on his sites. He gets a commission on every sale or lead he sends to the company. So he never had to create his own product in order to build his business (he has since branched out into other areas that you can check out on his new site). Pat Flynn also does an amazing job at this and he actually shows how much he generates on a monthly basis from his affiliates here. 6. Building a Site and Selling Ads Derek Halpern is a BEAST at this. The legend behind SocialTriggers started a celebrity gossip site years ago and had millions of visitors every month that he leveraged to sell advertising on the site. Another example is Tina Su of ThinkSimpleNow.com who does an amazing job with this while sharing inspiring personal development content. 7. Selling Sponsorships for Branded Content John Lee Dumas, generates over $50K monthly selling sponsorships on his podcast and writes about how he does this here. This can be done via podcast, developing a niched website or even a video show. Create branded content around your passion and find sponsors that will be attracted to your audience. 8. Events Creating and promoting events, either online or offline can be very profitable as well. Michael Stelzner does both online summits and in person events with thousands of attendees, all while starting out from a simple blog a few years ago. 9. Masterminds and Coaching An inspiring change maker part of the Integrity Podcast Network is Jonathan Fields. He runs the Good Life Project and has ongoing coaching and retreats in exotic locations all year long that sells for a high ticket price. This can be done either online or offline, as Jonathan has mastered the art of doing both. 10. Getting Creative Jason Sadler (now known as Jason SurfrApp) is one creative entrepreneur. He used his online platform to make money wearing companies shirts with Iwearyourshirt.com. Now he sells his last name for nearly $50,000 a year, sells sponsors pages in his new book, and continues to push the envelop with what you can earn by being creative. ## Theses are just my top ten ways of making money online. I’d love to hear what steps listed above you’ve done that work for you in making money online. Please share (and be specific) in the comments section below, and feel free to add another point that works well for you if you if I missed one.

Chude Jideonwo: Why today - and President Buhari - made me cry

Article written by media entrepreneur and Future Awards co-founder, Chude Jideonwo. Read below.. This morning, my team member, Oluwatobi Soyombo and I sat in the office, and discharged our final responsibility to the Buhari Campaign Organisation – we changed the bio of the Muhammadu Buhari account across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and everywhere else to ‘President of Nigeria’. I asked Tobi for the privilege to do this myself, with my own hands. Then, as he looked at me, shocked, the tears began to follow. After sending out the tweet for the new president of Nigeria (personal tweets from him are signed –MB), I took to my own private account and shared: ‘@MBuhari better not disappoint us. This is too important. This is too important’. My team and I were offered the job to handle the communication for the Buhari campaign in November 2014. I couldn’t believe it. We had never been close to the All Progressives Congress; I had never even met Buhari. Even the ‘closer’ Tinubu, I have not met since that time in 2002 when I served him tea as a production assistant at the Nigerian Television Authority. I had a few weeks before declined a meet to discuss youth communication for the Goodluck Jonathan campaignbecause I no longer had any faith in his leadership, but I was almost certain he was going to win anyway. In May 2014, I had arrived Abuja to speak at a #BringBackOurGirls event. But I had hardly left the airport, when someone high up in the government called me: “If I see you up on that stage with Oby (Ezekwesili), you are finished in this country.” So, I wondered, was it wise to finally set up enmity with the government for the next four years by working directly for its opposition? All through the time my co-founder, Adebola Williams worked hard with the team of Uche Nnaji (OUCH) and Kelechi Amadi-Obi to shoot the photographs that redefined Buhari’s image, all through the period the team was assembled from Tobi to Alex Yangs to Kathleen Ndongmo, I couldn’t move. I was transfixed in fear, in hope that dared not speak. Could Nigerians actually unseat a seating President from the People’s Democratic Party? I wondered if the rage I felt was worth the sacrifice I was about to make – putting my life, my relationships and my business on the line in a country where the biggest advise our richest man has given entepreneurs is ‘never fight with the government of the day’? All of that is history now. What looked like a mirage then has become reality. The job became a mission. After four months of the most emotional campaign in my lifetime, sleepless nights at the StateCraft Inc headquarters, from the campaign office in Abuja, supervising the setting up of billboards, fighting TV stations that didn’t want to air our ‘Is This Transformation?’ promos, Adebola following the candidate around the country, and rewriting speeches in the dead of the night because the candidate knew exactly what he wanted to say, we are here now. Nigerians have unseated a 16-year monopoly. So, this morning, I shared a story on my Instagram pagethat I haven’t spoken about in public before. In 2013, six of us friends including Adebola Williams, ‘Yemi Adamolekun, ‘Gbenga Sesan and Kola Oyeneyin came together and decided that, beyond mobilising citizens, leading protests and using the media to drive conversation, Nigeria needed our passionate, sustained prayers. A year before, after our active involvement with #OccupyNigeria, and the events after, we were beyond disillusioned. And so, every Saturday morning, we went from the houses and offices of one to the other and we would cry, and we would scream, and we would pray for country. Ah, we prayed. Nigeria’s future looked so bleak. It looked so dark, didn’t see any logical pathway to change. So we went to God with our hearts, we went to him with our disappointment; we went to him with our pain. We asked him, “What should we do? How should we do it?” One day, as we prayed, in an office on the Lagos Island, I was so overwhelmed with despair I fell down on the floor and began to speak in frenzied tongues, tears streaming from my face, banging furiously on the cabinet in front me. My heart was desperate; just desperate for something to give way. I didn’t know my friend, Kola, had the gift to interprete tongues. But then he began to interpret what I was saying. And it frightened me, because he was absolutely right. He captured the fears in my heart, and the requests I was making. He said, paraphrased, ‘God says He will change Nigeria. It looks like it won’t happen, but He will do a new thing and it will spring forth. We won’t understand how He will do it, but He will.” Two years later, God has kept his promise. I do not know what the future holds. I cannot even say with certainty that this new dispensation will fulfil the promises it made to us when it called us on board and to you when it asked you to vote. But I know one thing: I spent the past four years giving the Jonathan government the benefit of the doubt, willing it to succeed. Yet each time it failed, I was on the street, passionately denouncing it. And when, finally, after the Chibok girls went missing, I lost hope in it, I put everything on the line to join Nigerians in punishing it. Things have changed. I have invested faith that Buhari will be different, not just because he is a new president today, but because I have been priviledged to sit in the same space with him, I have listened very carefully to his wisdom and his depth. I have counted the cost and I have overwhelmed faith that he is the leader we need. But we, and he thankfully, know this: he cannot play with our future. He cannot play with the future of our children. We have cried for this nation, because it has failed us too many times. We have worked our fingers to the bones, and our ‘bloods’ have boiled because we believe in its potential. Therefore, our tempers will be short, our forgiveness will be costly, our reactions to real and perceived failures will be swift. Our hearts our broken, our spirits burdened. We desperately need the promised change, and we need it to start immediately. Nigeria has suffered enough. *Jideonwo is managing partner of Red Media Africa, ‘the media group to reach and inspire the largest number of African youth at any time’. One of its companies, StateCraft Inc, was official communication agency to the Buhari Presidential Campaign

6 Reasons Why Some Students Study Very Hard But Still Fail Exams

Ever wonder why some students read very hard every semester but surprisingly fail their exams at the end of it all? Such students read almost every day and night and are perceived by their mates as hardworking students who deserve to succeed academically; however, their poor grades keep surprising them and everyone else. If you study hard and your grades seem not to reflect your hard work, then its time you stop working hard and start working smart. Here are some reasons why some students study hard but fail. 1. Upholding hard work while neglecting smart work Hard work is good but hard work when done smartly is far better and produces greater result. Hard work starts with reading and ends with more reading. Students who uphold hard work while neglecting smart work believe they must read every note, text-book, handout and all materials they can get to be able to pass. On the other hand, smart work involves reading and settling back to self-examine whether what is being read is really required for passing exams. Students who seem to read less but still perform excellently well have been able to combine smart work and hard work. They are able to smartly figure out what they need to read to pass. They know they don’t have to read all the textbooks in the library to be able perform well. 2. Not knowing when it’s enough Studying saps energy. When you become tired while reading it is important you take a break, take a walk or go watch TV before returning to your books. Most students read hard and fail because they stay glued to their books even when they’re exhausted and need rest. In such condition everything they’ll be reading stops making sense but they continue nonetheless. 3. Having difficulty prioritizing what’s important Not all courses or subjects are read the same. Seemingly difficult subjects or courses should be given higher priority. Also, courses that are prerequisites are more important than electives and thus must be given more priority as we study. 4. Focusing on “I don’t want to fail” instead of “I want to pass” This is a mind game. Winners always focus their minds on winning. From personal experience, I see that most students who read more than others but still fail do their read out of fear. They afraid of failing hence they often say things like: “I don’t want to fail”. Fear is their motivation. The solution to is to focus our minds on “I want to pass” so I’ll read. 5. Putting their books first and themselves second They read all day and night while they forget about the need to take care of themselves. Haven’t you seen those who read from the first day of resumption to the last week of lectures only to fall sick in the week of exams? They stress and wear themselves out. 6. They read all the time instead of at ‘their right time’ There is often the ‘right time’ to read for every student. This is often the time of the day when you are able to grasp and understand more as you read. For some their right time to read is at night. Students who read hard and still fail read at all times even when it’s not necessary. At the end of the day, they are perceived to be serious and hardworking students but they have no results to show for their labour. If this issue affects you I hope this write-up helps you to understand how you ought to adjust. Are there more reasons why some hardworking students fail despite their rigorous studies? Tell us about it.

Relationship: 10 kinds of people who will cheat on you (according to science)

But does someone’s height, age or first name really make them any more (or less) likely to stray — or are these things strange coincidences? No one on earth actually wants to date a cheater, but most times, we don’t see the signs that our beloved boyfriend or girlfriend is secretly a sneaky little liar who is about to ruin our lives! Never mind that he answers his second mobile phone in the closet every night, or her being less affectionate with you and drooling over your bestfriend when he walks into the room. The real question you should ask yourself is: Is your guy addicted to Twitter? Is your girlfriend blonde? Is your boyfriend turning 29? Through journal studies and surveys of users on cheat*ng websites, science seems to now know exactly what makes someone more likely to be unfaithful — and it’s not looking so good for a lot of people. We’re on to you, cheaters! But does someone’s height, age or first name really make them any more (or less) likely to stray — or are these things strange coincidences? Well, only those who have dated these 10 people may know the truth about their philandering tendencies. And, until you do the all dating legwork, we’re just going to give you the cold, hard facts and let you make an educated decision yourself on these people who are more likely to cheat on you. 1. People Whose Age Ends In ‘9’: Going on a date with guy who’s about to turn 29? You may want to wait a year or so, says science! According to a new study published in Proceedings of the Natural Academy of Sciences, people turning an age that ends in ‘9’ are more likely to cheat on their partners. Why? People turning 29, 39, 49, etc. tend to have major self-and make life-altering choices as they approach a new decade. In fact, of the 8 million men on extramarital affair dating website, AshleyMadison, more than 950,000 men were ages 29, 39, 49, or 59. 2. Tall Guys: We’re telling you this not just because short guys make us swoon. A study from extra-marital dating site, IllicitEncounters.com, said that dudes over 5’10” are twice as likely to cheat on their partner. Uh huh… Knew they were up to no good up there. 3. Rock N’ Roll Fans: These two are the kind of sketchballs your mama warned you about. Another survey from IllicitEncounter.com found that 41 percent of cheaters prefer rock music to all other genres. Your best bet for a loyal partner? Rap lovers (maybe). 4. Guys Who Work In IT: Don’t be fooled by their soft hoodies, hipster gla$$es and patience when it comes to restoring your iPhone (you really should start backing up!) — these guys are sneaky, cheat*ng hubbies, according to the same AshleyMadison survey that revealed unfaithful wives are often teachers. 5. The French: What can you expect in a relationship with the best lovers in the world? Wine, cheese and an affair, says science. According to LELO, a luxury s*x toy brand, who surveyed the globe about bedroom habits, 75 percent of the French admit to cheat*ng. - See more at: http://www.gltrends.com/relationship-10-kinds-people-will-cheat-according-science/#sthash.qwZ4BdU8.dpuf

10 Ways To Detect A Scam Recruitment Agency

What if you suddenly discover that job offer or interview letter you just received is a scam? Well...that scenario may not be really strange as many had already got their fingers burnt from fake job offers. This article will enlighten you more and give you tips on how to prevent yourself from becoming prey for this scammers. Employment scams are all over the place and much more in Nigeria where there are countless graduates roaming the streets, surfing the web looking for a fix. Scammers predates on unsuspicious job hunters who most times fall victims because they are also desperate to get a job. Tony Levene of theguardian.com said, “As the internet continues to evolve, so it offers ever-cheaper and easier methods to operate scams. Typing "graduate job opportunities" into a search engine returns a random mix of legitimate and fraudulent sites”. So how would a novice job seeker find a dream job without getting the fingers burnt? Here are ways you can tell if an offer is a scam. Job Title or Description is Unclear An advertised position must be specific, realistic and understandable from the go. If a position doesn’t spell out the role of the employee, you’ll help yourself by staying clear of it. The job title should also correlate with the job description. If you notice any information is been hidden unnecessarily then you may have to walk away. You’re been asked to pay some money According to ask metafilter.com if you have to pay for anything to get a job, it's a scam and anything includes instructional stuff, tests, and interview prep sessions. Legitimate job recruiters levies charges on the companies they hire people for and not the job seeker. Another thing they do is to take a cut of job seekers' pay checks (that’s after they might have secured the job). In some cases however, it’s the recruiter that is getting the paycheck and just giving the employee the cut. Whichever way, you have to be careful before signing any agreement with a recruitment agency. You must be sure you understand the terms before signing. Ask questions in areas where you are not clear and never pay anyone money to get a job. Your pictures and personal information are been requested When you’re been asked to send your photo along with your CV, be sure it’s a scam. No company requests for your photo with CV. All a company needs to shortlist you is your CV and nothing more. Don’t divulge any other information to avoid any case of identity theft or fraud. It’s a Get Rich quick Scheme Wages are expected to be reasonable and commensurate with the value of service being expected and the financial strength of an organization. But what can one say is the rationale behind some unrealistic jumbo pay some jobs offer? Jobsearch.about.com advises that you should avoid listings that guarantee you wealth, financial success, or that will help you get rich fast. They are pointers to scams. You got Unsolicited Job offers Miracles do happen but it has to come through a link. If you’ve never submitted your CV to a company or website and you got a job offer from them…please be careful. Scammers also look for email lists of job seekers and send unsolicited emails to them for a job that doesn’t exist. Such send you mails more often than not and can even be disturbing you with text messages or phone calls. That itself is unprofessional. Most genuine companies or recruiters won’t disturb you with emails, text messages and phone call. They can only send you reminders at reasonable periods. You’re been offered transportation to the ‘place of interview’ If you’ve been asked to come to a place that you don’t know then you should run for your life. Scammers can offer to take you in a vehicle to a particular place for interview. Don’t be deceived, never enter any such vehicle. There have been cases where people are disposed of their belongings and left in jeopardy. It is even more dangerous in this era when kidnapping is on the high rise in Nigeria. The building and interior of the recruitment center looks shoddy Any well to do recruitment center would do their best to find a suitable environment for their services and since they make lots of money from the companies they recruit for, they have enough to properly furnish their centers to taste. Watch out where you go for recruitment or interview, it shouldn’t be a shack or located in an obscure place. The email address is inconsistent According to blog.ngcareers.com, a lot of scammers use common email service providers such as Gmail, Yahoo etc in their email correspondence. For example, a scam email address may look like this; careers@gtbank.org, careers@gtbank.net or careers@gtbanks.com meanwhile, the domain of GTB is gtbank.com. So you have to check the email address very well to know if it is consistent with the email of the organization it claims to be. You can lay your hand on a genuine product of the organization to be sure the email is correct. You can also check the website and look for their contact email if it is consistent. There are grammatical errors or spelling mistakes Genuine recruiters ensures high degree of professionalism in their correspondences therefore finding grammatical errors and spelling mistakes in an email can be an indicator that it’s a job scam. Every professional email should follow email etiquettes and abrupt use of exclamation marks and unnecessary word capitalization are unprofessional. You can also look for their website to spot these inconsistencies. Before you go far with any job offer or recruitment agency, make sure you research the job and the company properly both online and offline. Look for their site to find how professional it is and whether they have jobs and career information posted on the site. Search for the company name on Google or any other job search directory. Jobsearch.about.com advises that you can go a step further by searching for “company name scam”. This would help you know if a scam has been reported concerning the recruiters or company before.

Blood test 'boost' in ovarian cancer fight

Regular blood tests can detect 86% of ovarian cancers before the point at which women normally would be diagnosed, according to a trial that could lead to national screening. Ovarian tumours are often deadly as they are caught too late. The first results of the 14-year trial of more than 46,000 women suggest tumours can be detected early. However, the University College London team caution that it is still unknown whether more lives were saved. Around 7,100 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer and 4,200 die of the disease each year in the UK. The cancer is difficult to pick up as symptoms, including abdominal pain, persistent bloating and difficulty eating, are common in other conditions. Blood clues Ovarian tumours spew out high levels of a chemical called CA125, which is already used as a test if patients have symptoms. It's good, but the truth lies in whether we've picked up the cancer early enough to save lives Prof Usha Menon, University College London The UK Collaborative Trial of Ovarian Cancer Screening performed annual blood tests on post-menopausal women across 13 NHS Trusts. They tracked changes in the levels of CA125 over time and if levels became elevated then the women were sent for further tests including an ultrasound scan. The trial results, published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, showed 86% of cancers were picked up. Prof Usha Menon, from University College London, told the BBC News website: "It's good, but the truth lies in whether we've picked up the cancer early enough to save lives, we hope we have. "There is no screening at the moment so we are awaiting the results before the NHS can decide. "Many people would have to be screened so it really needs to translate to lives saved." The mortality data is expected in the autumn.

As well as being a diplomatic mission to the country in which it is situated, it may also be a non-resident permanent mission to one or more other countries. Photos: 101-year-old Man Rescued One Week after Nepal Quake

A week after the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal and killed over 7500 people, leaving 14,122 injured, police have rescued a 101-year-old man from under the rubble of his home. Funchu Tamang, pictured above, was rescued on Saturday from the rubble of his house with only minor injuries to his ankle and hand. According to the police, they do not know how he survived. "He was brought to the district hospital in a helicopter. His condition is stable," local police officer Arun Kumar Singh told AFP. Police also pulled three women alive from under rubble on Sunday in Sindhupalchowk, one of the worst-hit districts, although it was not immediately known how long they had been trapped. The rescues were rare good news for the devastated country after officials on Saturday ruled out finding more survivors buried in the ruins and the focus shifted to trying to deliver aid to thousands in remote Himalayan areas.

OMG! See The Church Where The Pastor & The Congregation Worship N@ked- Photos

The White Tail Chapel believes in preaching the word of God in a very relaxing manner, and there’s certainly no way more relaxing than being nu.de. According to the church’s pastor Allen Parker, “When Jesus was born he was n@ked, when he was crucified he was n@ked and when he arose he left his clothes in the tomb and he was n@ked.” “If God made us that way [that is, n@ked], how can that be wrong?”

And Floyd Mayweather Wins Fight of the Century

It was striking how hostile the crowd was to the champion Floyd Mayweather Jr though. He had climbed the ropes, crossed his arms and preens, only for the crowd to wash him in loud boos. Manny Pacquiao also told the ring announcer he thinks he won the fight. Yeah, but you took some shots, the announcer explained. About the fight, Floyd had this to say: First off, I want to thank God. I want to think all the fans around the world. This was a hell of a fight. I take my hat off to Manny Pacquiao, now I see why he is one of the guys at the pinacle of boxing. I knew he was going to push me, win some rounds. I wasn't being hit with a lot of shots until I sit in a pocket and he landed a lot of shots. I am truly blessed. Manny Pacquaio is truly blessed. I am a calculating fighter. He is a tough competitor. I had to take my time with him. My last fight is in September. For Manny: It was a good fight. I got him many times I saw the punches. I thought I won the fight. He is moving around, it is not easy to throw a lot of punches. I can handle his power. He is not strong like some others. He's not bigger than me, the size doesn't matter, I have fought bigger guys. The fight earned Mayweather at least $180 million. He is still an undefeated champion

Photos of amazing water bridge in Germany

The Magdeburg Water Bridge (German: Kanalbrücke Magdeburg) is a large navigable aqueduct in central Germany, located near Magdeburg . The largest canal underbridge in Europe, it spans the river Elbe and directly connects the Mittellandkanal to the west and Elbe-Havel Canal to the east of the river, allowing large commercial ships to pass between the Rhineland and Berlin without having to descend into and then climb out of the Elbe itself. History Planning for the canal crossing dates back to at least the beginning of the 20th century. Work on the Mittellandkanal began in 1905, while work on the overall project continued until 1942, when all construction was brought to a halt because of World War II . After the war, the government of East Germany did not resume work on the project because east-west trade was no longer important in the context of the Cold War. After the reunification of Germany , the reestablishment of major water transport routes made the water bridge a priority again. Work started in 1998, with construction taking six years and costing € 501 million. The water bridge now connects Berlin ’s inland harbour network with the ports along the Rhine River. The aqueduct's tough structure incorporates 24,000 tonnes of steel and 68,000 cubic meters of concrete.
