the State minister for Ethics and Integrity said he was arretsted by
Interpol. He, however did not disclose where he was arrested from.
"We are going to subject him to the Ugandan courts of law and charge
him since Uganda is where he initially committed the crime," Lokodo
said.
Luzinda's lover Emuobor released a series of Luzinda's node pictures
late last year. The pictures went viral on social media, drawing
thousands of comments about the artist and her estranged boyfriend.
Information on social media also indicated that Emuobor masqueraded as
a Ugandan and used the name Franklin Baguma to acquire a Ugandan
passport NO B1012076.
The matter was taken up by the Police Special Investigation Unit.
