While we knew that DMX was arrested for failure to pay child support at the end of June, it looks like the
court system has finalized its ruling.
The 44-year-old was sentenced to six months in a Buffalo prison on Tuesday after he was picked up by
cops right before he was scheduled to play a concert at the Radio City Music Hall .
This is definitely going to be a hard time for him, but this actually isn't the first time he's been behind
bars.

Most recently, DMX spent seven months behind bars in 2011, so this half-year term should feel like
nothing!
